Graphics Design is a custom digital service that gives you permanent access to your design files once they have been downloaded or delivered to your email. When you place an order for any of our graphics services, you are hiring our designers time to create bespoke designs and not the design files. We offer a risk-free order cancellation for a full refund within 90 minutes (1.5 hour) after you've placed your order. Please be advised that at our sole discretion, we may honor your written cancellation request for a full refund only after we've confirmed that our designers have not started working on your project. Once our cancellation grace period is over, all order sales are final and no refunds or store credits will be given under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the design concept for whatsoever reason, we will create a new design or offer unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with our graphics service.

Refund Process

Any refunds processed must be returned to your original payment method and no exceptions will be considered. If you've paid for your order with a debit or credit card, you refund will be processed within one (1) business day after we've received your cancellation request in writing. Please be advised that your financial institution can take up to five (5) business days before the credit appears on your financial statement. If you no longer have access to the card information used to place your order please contact your financial institution for assistance.  

Abandoned Order

If you've experienced any unforeseen circumstances that will prevent you from completing your order within (14) calendar days of the original order date, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll place your order on-hold for up to 10 business days. Please be advised that if you haven't completed, redeemed, approved or failed to respond to any graphics design orders within the specified timeframe mentioned above 9unless otherwise agreed upon in writing), your order will be automatically closed, and you will not be eligible for any refund or store credits. In addition, we reserve the right to bill you for all extra work completed up until that point. If you wish to re-open an abandoned project, a new order will be required as we do not archive abandoned or closed project files; therefore, it will be subject to current pricing offered at that time and we are not obligated to honor any previous discounts or special offer.
